How long will delivery take?

Orders take 7-10 business days to arrive. Production (3-5 days) and shipping (3-5 days) add up. Larger orders may take longer. Locals near Lampasas or Granbury, Texas can pick up their orders.

Can I cancel my purchase?​

Due to the personalized nature of all orders, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once crafting commences, the unique touches you've chosen make the item non-refundable.

Will my drink stay hot or cold?

These tumblers are double-walled insulated, so your drinks stay cool or toasty for ages. Just FYI, the dishwasher isn't the best friend to their seal, so handwashing is your best bet for keeping them in tip-top shape.
